Project Description
We'll help you use your Follow Up Boss account to leverage all the best practices of top teams and brokerages. The goal is always to keep the setup simple for the user, but to create an overall strategy on using FUB to help you create more business, provide better follow-up, and know when to follow up with certain types or sources of leads.
Project Scope
List of Services: Follow Up Boss | Custom Set Up
Our goal is to create a simple, but powerful system built for scale. For you, I would have everything set up to run the team on this FUB account and when all systems were put in place and you were ready to recruit, get a separate FUB account to be the recruiting brain.
This includes:
- Strategy Session - Creating a customized strategy based upon your lead sources and marketing materials. Our goal is to optimize your account for scale.
- Export/Import leads from Chime into FUB
- Get team into FUB
- Lead Distribution - Create lead distribution groups and lead flow rules
- Have all Lead Sources pointing to FUB
- Email Templates - Create custom Email Templates with your marketing materials. These are for one off emails and for a series of drip emails to add to your action plans.
- Action Plans - Create custom Action Plans for new leads, nurture, past clients, and stale contacts. These include emails, tasks, tags, and notes.
- Automations - Create automations to trigger action plans based upon stage changes, tags added, website activity, deal stage changed, or calendar date.
- Smart Lists - Create custom smart lists to target specific contacts
- Set up Ponds for stale leads
- Clean up Stages and move old contacts to new appropriate stages
- Have agents use FUB Dialer for coaching opportunities and accountability
- Set up system for Deals to see trends/reporting
- Set you up with Auctm for 1:1 meetings with Agents
- Training Handbooks for Admin and Agent account
- Live team training session
Pricing
All payment is made upfront for FUB set up projects. If project is terminated early, actual work done will be billed at $200/hour.
Total Base Cost: $3,500 flat cost
Additional Fees:
$200 hourly rate for any major additional items outside of this proposal. Example of this would be large data manipulation. This would be discussed before accruing any charges.

If desired, our Amplified Help offering is a good follow up to your project to have support tickets for any FUB questions you have, a private FUB community, member only resources and virtual workshops + office hours. Price is $149/mo. For any physical work to be done in your account we charge $1,000 for five retained hours.
