Our goal is to help you use and understand your Follow Up Boss account to successfully leverage all the best practices of top teams and brokerages. The key is always to keep the setup simple for the user, but to create an overall strategy using Follow Up Boss to help you create more business, provide better follow-up, and know when to follow-up with certain leads or sources.

We provide you with a FREE analysis of your current set up (signed NDA to protect your data and database).
PROPOSAL
We write you a proposal with clear pricing on your ideal Follow Up Boss set up.
WHAT WE DO FOR YOU
- Clean up, reorganize and define proper Stages - as well as moving old contacts to appropriate stages
- Import Lead Source information and any existing databases
- Set up Lead Routing Groups to assign certain leads to designated agents
- Utilize Reporting to make key decisions on lead spend and agent activity
- Access to Action Plans and Automated Drips we have seen successfully work for our clients
- Clean up old tasks and create a strategy to prevent them from piling up
- Construct and edit useful Smart Lists
- Set up, create limited e-mail and text templates, and integrate your preferred email marketing account
- An overall marketing and email marketing strategy
- Set up/check settings of the FUB Pixel installation and use
- Best practices on using the Follow Up Boss phone system (may require additional spend with FUB) for Live Transfers, Group Texting, and better Reporting
- Analyze additional FUB features as relevant - such as Automations, Ponds, or Team Inboxes
- A customized Agent Follow Up Boss handbook on how to best use the system to share with your team
- Limited basic training videos catered to any questions you may have
- An Admin-level Follow Up Boss handbook and video on how to do all the behind the scenes details and edits you’ll need to run the system successfully beyond set up
- Monitor your system for the first month and make any necessary tweaks insuring the smoothest Follow Up Boss experience you can have
PRICING
All payment is made upfront for Follow Up Boss setup & clean-up projects.
Pricing starts at $3,500
Additional Fees:
$200 hourly rate for any major additional items outside of this proposal. This would be discussed before accruing any charges.
