Project Description



We'll help you use your Follow Up Boss account to leverage all the best practices of top teams and brokerages. The goal is always to keep the setup simple for the user, but to create an overall strategy on using FUB to help you create more business, provide better follow-up, and know when to follow up with certain types or sources of leads.



Project Scope



List of Services: Follow Up Boss | Standard Set Up - Version 1.0



This includes:



  • Strategy Session - Work together to create scalable standardized operating procedures built around Follow Up Boss. This includes utilizing FUB to eliminate the need of multiple platforms to perform tasks and run your business efficiently.
  • Email Templates - Install Standard Email Templates. These will be used for lead conversion. Our goal is to eliminate the time creating and sending the emails we use most often. You will be able to customize these to match your language and specific market.
  • Action Plans - Install basic Action Plans for new leads, nurture, past clients, rental leads, stale contacts and other standard operational processes. Action Plans consist of text, emails, tasks, notes, and tags.
  • Automations - Create Automations to trigger Action Plans based on our roadmap. These triggers are - stage changed, tag added, deal stage changed, new inquiry, property saved, property viewed, and calendar date.
  • Smart Lists - Create Smart Lists to target specific contacts. This is how you know who to talk to and when to talk to them. Zeroing your Smart Lists out will become a daily task and allow you to have complete control over every contact in your account, ensuring they are worked properly and have the best chances of getting to the closing table.
  • Ponds - We will create Ponds to help you better organize and prioritize your leads and contacts.
  • Tags - Create a Tag strategy that is simple but powerful.
  • Pixel - Install Pixel on website if possible.
  • Deals - Simplify, clean up, and archive Deal pipelines.
  • Training and Supplemental Resources - Create Handbooks for admin and agent processes. These will explain how everything works and give direction on how to use FUB and how to handle various situations.
  • Live Training Session - We will get everyone together and go over your finished account and how everything works. We will take the time and answer any questions anyone has.





Pricing



All payment is made upfront for FUB set up projects. If project is terminated early, actual work done will be billed at $250/hour.

Total Base Cost: $1,500 flat cost

Additional consulting and trainings beyond what is included in base setup will be billed separately at $250 per hour.

Additional Fees:

$250 hourly rate for any additional items outside of this proposal. This includes a large quantity of data manipulation during imports/exports as well as Zapier Integrations. This would be discussed before accruing any charges.
