WE DO IT WITH YOU

Want to be more involved in the process while we do the heavy lifting? This is the package for you.

We’ll help you really understand the need for your business and the role and job title. We’ll handle initial screenings, but can give you access to see candidates and be more involved in the process. We can handle deeper screenings, but work with you to interview final candidates and make a decision on who is best suited for your business.

$2,500 UPFRONT + $200/HR TO SCREEN CANDIDATES + $200/HR FOR MEETINGS

The average hire is around $5,000

The upfront fee covers clarifying the role, writing and posting the job description and promoting your post. After that, screening candidates typically ranges from 8 - 15 hours and is settled up monthly based on actual hours.

Typically, we’ll bring you, 3-6 qualified candidates, for you to meet with and we walk you through deciding which one is right for your business.
