Description



A 360º Feedback Project uses the collection, interpretation, and analysis of information to provide you with a whole view of your organization. Using this data, we provide recommendations and detailed guidance on ways to achieve your goals.



Project Scope



Information will be collected, analyzed, and reviewed by the following methods:

  • Anonymous Survey of all team members
  • 1:1 confidential Zoom with all team members to follow up and expand on survey sent
  • Detailed primary survey report
    • Includes recommendations on how to proceed and put to use the information gathered
    • Two operations experts that have run and scaled teams and brokerages will be processing the data and making the written recommendations
  • One, one-hour meeting for questions with Leadership either Zoom or in person



Detailed Final Report will be delivered after the final meeting.

  • The report will provide recommendations on how to proceed and use the information gained with detailed guidance.
    • This includes action plan items, recommended resources, and suggestions for making the business more scalable, including a specific transition for Andrea moving into leadership vs. full production
  • Report will include a recommended job description, compensation, and job post for any roles for staff with current and future recommendations.
    • Discussion of Amplified Solutions assisting in the hiring process either turnkey or in an advisory role.
      • Turnkey is a flat $10,000 fee, for reference. We will discuss as the role comes into clarity. Other options include repositioning existing staff, leveraging a contractor, or other software system.



Pricing



All payment is made upfront for 360º Feedback Projects. If project is terminated early, actual work completed will be billed at $250/hour.

Total Base Cost: $3,500 flat cost
