WE HAVE A SIMPLE, 4-STEP PROCESS FOR POST-CLOSING:
1. Change the stage of the client in FUB to "Closed" (if you still have a Past Client stage, you might consider deleting that and using only the Closed stage).
2. Add a tag to the lead named "Closed 2020" for each contact.
3. Add a task or action plan to remind yourself to follow up at one year or ideally more - We would recommend 5 years in an Action Plan and a task to agent upon completion to re-apply the plan if relevant.
4. Send review to the client via a FUB email template.
