Project Description
We propose developing a robust two-way integration between Microsoft Outlook and Follow Up Boss (FUB) to streamline contact management and enhance workflow efficiency. This integration will automatically synchronize tagged contacts, maintain data consistency across platforms, and support custom tagging for improved lead tracking.
Project Scope
Core Requirements
Filtered Contact Synchronization
- Two-way sync between Outlook and FUB
- Sync ONLY contacts tagged with 'FUB' in Outlook
- Automatic field mapping for contact details
Change Detection & Updates
- Real-time monitoring of contact changes in both systems
- Automatic propagation of updates between platforms
- Version control to maintain data consistency
One-Time Notes Transfer
- Single push of notes from Outlook to FUB
- Triggered during initial contact entry
- One-way transfer only (Outlook → FUB)
Extended Tag Support
- Support for location tags (e.g., #6604Parkwood)
- Support for source tags (e.g., #OpenHouse)
- Transfer of tags between systems
Pricing
All payment is made upfront for FUB set up projects. If project is terminated early, actual work done will be billed at $250/hour.
Total Base Cost: $1,500 flat cost
Additional Fees:
$250 hourly rate for any additional items outside of this proposal.

This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of submission. All features and timelines are subject to final technical discovery and requirements validation.
