Project Description



We'll help you use your Follow Up Boss account to leverage all the best practices of top teams and brokerages. The goal is always to keep the setup simple for the user, but to create an overall strategy on using FUB to help you create more business, provide better follow-up, and know when to follow up with certain types or sources of leads.



Project Scope



List of Services: Follow Up Boss | Custom Set Up



This includes:



  • Strategy Session - Work together to create scalable standardized operating procedures with roadmaps built around lead sources.
  • Email Templates - Create custom Email Templates to be used in Action Plans.
  • Action Plans - Create custom Action Plans for leads, nurture, past clients, , and stale contacts. These are for both Lender and Real Estate contacts. Action Plans consist of text, emails, tasks, notes, and tags.
  • Automations - Create Automations to trigger Action Plans based on our roadmap. These triggers are - stage changed, tag added, deal stage changed, new inquiry, property saved, property viewed, and calendar date. We can combine any of these together. They then get filtered by endless conditions. Few examples would be source, stage, last communication, and even by how many emails you've sent.
  • Smart Lists - Create Smart Lists to target specific contacts. This is how we know who to talk to and when to talk to them. Zeroing your Smart Lists out will become a daily task and allow you to have complete control over every contact in your account.
  • Tags - Create a Tag strategy that is simple but powerful.
  • Ylopo - Cover best practices on using FUB and Ylopo together.
  • Training - Create Handbooks for admin and agent accounts. These will explain how everything works and give agents direction on how to use FUB and how to handle situations.
  • Live Team Training Session - We will go over your finished account and how everything works. We will take the time and answer any questions you might have.



Pricing



All payment is made upfront for FUB set up projects. If project is terminated early, actual work done will be billed at $200/hour.

Total Base Cost: $3,500 flat cost

Additional Fees:

$200 hourly rate for any additional items outside of this proposal. This includes a large quantity of data manipulation during imports/exports as well as Zapier Integrations. This would be discussed before accruing any charges.
