Project Description

We'll help you use your Follow Up Boss account to leverage all the best practices of top teams and brokerages. The goal is always to keep the setup simple for the user, but to create an overall strategy on using FUB to help you create more business, provide better follow-up, and know when to follow up with certain types or sources of leads.

Project Scope

List of Services: Follow Up Boss | Custom Project

This includes:

  • Strategy Session - Creating a customized roadmap based upon your lead sources and business model. We’ll create a shared document of the roadmap to follow as well as weekly progress reports.
  • Stages - We will clean up and define stages. We will also move old contacts to appropriate stages.
  • Lead Routing - Set up lead routing groups so specific leads go to specific agents.
  • Smart Lists - Create Smart Lists tied to your prospecting and lead management system.
  • Ponds - Establish Ponds for stale leads to go for future prospecting.
  • Email Templates - Create customized Email Templates for Action Plans.
  • Action Plans - Create custom Action Plans for new leads, nurture, past clients, stale contacts and other operational processes such as post closing, submitting offers, and moving a contract through deal stages. Action Plans consist of text, emails, tasks, notes, and tags. This is where we create the standardized operating procedures agents will follow.
  • Automations - Create Automations to trigger Action Plans based on our roadmap. These triggers are - stage changed, tag added, deal stage changed, new inquiry, property saved, property viewed, and calendar date. We can combine any of those together. They then get filtered by endless conditions. Few examples would be source, stage, last communication, and even by how many emails you've sent.
  • Integrations - Integrate third party applications with Follow Up Boss via direct integration or Zapier (if possible).
  • Training - Create Handbooks for admin and agent accounts. These will explain how everything works and give agents direction on how to use FUB and how to handle situations.
  • Live Team Training Session - We will get everyone together and go over your finished account and how everything works. We will take the time and answer any questions anyone has.


All payment is made upfront for FUB set up projects. If project is terminated early, actual work done will be billed at $200/hour.

Total Base Cost: $3,500 flat cost

Additional Fees:

$200 hourly rate for any additional hours outside of this proposal. This would be discussed before accruing any charges. Typical examples are large amounts of data manipulation and very complex integrations.
