Project Description

We'll help you use your Follow Up Boss account to leverage all the best practices of top teams and brokerages. The goal is always to keep the set up simple for the user, but to create an overall strategy on using FUB to help you create more business, provide better follow up and know when to follow up with certain types or sources of leads.

Project Scope

List of Services: Follow Up Boss clean up/setup package

This includes:

  • Cleaning up Stages and defining them - as well as moving old contacts to appropriate stages
  • Getting your lead sources and any existing database imported into it
  • Setting up lead routing so that certain leads go to certain people (as in, listing leads and higher price points go to certain people, others go to specific people or eventually to other team members if/when relevant)
  • Some basic Drips and Action Plans - these are custom to what we see work for our clients - you also have an opportunity to make one-time edits to be sure they are in "your voice" if you want that. We can also clean up unused Action Plans.
  • Cleaning up old tasks and creating a strategy for not having tasks pile up (or simply removing them if not needed).
  • Setting up some useful Smartlists and deleting old ones.
  • Set up and Integration of a MailChimp (or similar) account for email marketing - this integrates seamlessly with FUB and we will help you create a basic template or two for your email marketing.
  • An overall marketing/email marketing strategy via FUB.
  • Exploring additional FUB features as relevant - such as Automations or Team Inboxes.
  • A short, written "agent FUB handbook" on how to best use the system as an agent + a few basic training videos (we can give you raw videos or post unlisted on YouTube so only you see them)
  • One, high-level, but detailed admin level video that shows you how to edit lead flow, action plans, add new users, etc. - All the things you need to run the system beyond set up.
  • Keeping an eye on the system for the first month and making any necessary tweaks.


All payment is made upfront for FUB set up projects. If project is terminated early, actual work done will be billed at $200/hour.

Total Base Cost: $3500 flat cost

Additional Fees:

$200 hourly rate for any major additional items outside of this proposal.
